Rehabilitation
Welcome to ESH Community, a non-profit alcohol and drug rehab in Warwickshire.

Alcohol Rehabilitation in Warwickshire
At ESH Community, we provide structured and supportive alcohol rehabilitation in Warwickshire following detoxification.
Rehabilitation after detox is essential. It addresses the psychological and emotional issues that contribute to compulsive alcohol use. Rehabilitation forms a vital part of the overall alcohol treatment programme and helps individuals build the foundations for long-term recovery.

Residential Alcohol Rehab Programme
During their residential alcohol rehab placement, residents are supported to explore their emotions, patterns of negative thinking and day-to-day relationships. These factors often play a significant role in the development and continuation of addictive behaviours. Our therapeutic approach helps individuals gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies and rebuild emotional stability.
Our Warwickshire based alcohol rehab programme addresses emotional and psychological symptoms linked to addiction, such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and low self-esteem. Through professional support and structured therapy, residents rebuild confidence and restore self-belief. They work towards an abstinent life with meaning and purpose.
Structured Community Rehabilitation
ESH Community operates a structured, seven-day residential rehabilitation programme. All residents are required to actively participate in the drug and alcohol rehab programme as part of their recovery journey.
Group-based work is central to our community model and encourages accountability, peer support and personal growth.
